HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Alex loved to eat Ayam Mas and he loved to smoke. In fact, he smoked 20 cigarette a day. He had no time to exercise. One day, he suffered a heart attack and died. He was only 35 years old. So, if you don’t want to be like Alex, you must lead a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, to lead a healthy lifestyle you must take a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and avoid bad habits.

First of all, in order to lead a healthy lifestyle, you must take a balanced diet. You should food with lots of carbohydrates and protein. For example, you should take rice, meat, fish, and eggs. You should also take green vegetables and fruits such as salad, sawi, cabbages, orange and apples. You must avoid fatty food and red meat because they contain high colestrol and can lead to heart attack.

Moreover, you should exercise regularly. For example, go for jogging, walking, swimming, cycling and aerobic. You must exercise at least 3 times a week for about 15-30 minutes. When you exercise you burn the extra cholesterol and extra colonies and it keep your body healthy and strong.

Lastly, if you wish to lead a healthy lifestyle, you must avoid bad habits. You must not smoke because it can cause throut and lung cancer. You must also avoid drink alcohol and take drugs such as “heroin”,”pil kuda” and “ectacy pill”. You should avoid sex with multiple partners because it’s can cause diseases such as HIV, spylis and other communicable diseases.

In a nutshell, in order to practice a healthy lifestyle, you must consume a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and avoid bad habits. So, if you do not want to suffer from chronic diseases, start practicing a healthy lifestyle immediately!
